Login Tips
• | Your password is case-sensitive. You will see the message "User name and/or password is not valid" if you do not enter the correct user name and/or password or if you use the wrong case. (Check to make sure that the Caps Lock key is off.) |
• | Cookies: You must have accept cookies enabled in your Internet Explorer browser. If you can't login, accept cookies in Internet Explorer. |
• | If this is the first time you are entering a password (using the initial password named 'password'), you'll see the message telling you to enter a new password for this system. Enter your new password in the New Password field and enter it again in the Confirm Password field. |
• | Passwords at least 6 characters long. Your new password must be at least 6 characters long, and cannot be your username, your dealership name, or other easy to guess words. |
• | Important! Do not give out your username and password for others to use. The system is tracking all information by your username, so all operations using the Tool appear under your name. |
Note: Your user name and password are given to you by your IT administrator. If you do not have a user name or password, or if you forget your password, please contact your IT administrator. The IT administrator will give you a temporary password. You will need to change your password from this temporary password.
